When you are looking local seafood prepared to the highest standard, go no further then the Twnti. Located a short 3 mile drive from the Tipi this restaurant provides top notch food. Probably the only Country House Indian Restaurant in the United Kingdom. Glynllifon is set in unique surroundings, the atmosphere is relaxed and friendly and the food exceptionally tasty. Now operates by day (12-3pm) as FUSION - a Cafe / Wine Bar. You may not be familiar with some of the dishes these are our own recipes and what we eat at home (here and in India) we do not make things such as Madras, Balti (means bucket, unheard of in India). The menu is changed every 3 days giving you the opportunity to try many of our delicious and different dishes.

The Coconut Kitchen started as a take away only establishment located at Tyn y Mur, a mile outside Abersoch. The menu was very limited due to the size of the kitchen but the philosophy was to prepare and serve fresh, good quality food. Following this success the Coconut Kitchen moved down the hill to Abersoch village into a 30+ seater restaurant overlooking the harbour. The kitchen expanded and the menu has grown but the philosophy of preparing and serving quality, fresh, aromatic food is stronger than ever. The Ship has daily specials of locally sourced food and vegetables to tickle your taste buds - such as locally caught Lobster (Thermidor) and Seabass (Grilled), Roast Duck, Seafood Paella, Medallions of Beef in red wine and cherry tomato sauce, these are in addition to our normal full menu containing our Main Courses, Kiddies Meals, Desserts & Wine Lists. They also have a family room and plenty of seating outside on their patio. There is also a large car park and Children's Playground area available.
Fantastic pub and restaurnat (our local) just a 10 minute drive from the tipi site. It features two large bar areas with a pool table and darts board. For the discerning beer drinker they sell real ale - Boddingtons, Marstons Pedigree, Theakstons and Dark Mild. During the Spring and Summer months we also stock guest beers. The Lion Hotel offers an extensive menu, lunch time (12:00 - 2:00) and evening (7:00 - 9:00) evening hours extended to (6:00 - 9:30) from Easter to September. In the 21 years since Plas Bodegroes opened, they have gained top awards from all of the leading guides, including (for 13 years) the coveted star from the little red book that doesn't let them mention its name in our publicity! We also have an Egon Ronay Star, and 6/10 in the Good Food Guide. Their reputation is based upon the modern interpretation of traditional dishes, concentrating upon the superb local ingredients.
